Abstract:Objective This study aims to explore the subject management model in a phase I oncology clinical trial ward from a multidisciplinary full-process management perspective, analyze its application effects, and provide a reference for the standardized management of subjects in phase I oncology clinical trials Methods A multidisciplinary full-process management model was established to provide comprehensive management for subjects undergoing phase I anti-tumor drug clinical trials, from pre-admission to post-discharge Results Following the implementation of the multidisciplinary management approach, the rate of clinical trial protocol violations decreased from 10.2% to 2.3%, the incidence of adverse nursing care events dropped from 8.5% to 1.2%, and the satisfaction levels among patients" family members improved Conclusion Implementing a multidisciplinary full-process management approach has proven effective in significantly reducing the rate of antitumor drug clinical trial protocol violations, while simultaneously enhancing subject satisfaction and adherence to follow-up visits. This underscores the value of this management model in improving both compliance and satisfaction among oncology subjects
