Abstract:Oxaliplatin is a new kind of anticancer drug that has good inhibitive effects on cancers. The binding of its platinum atoms with 1, 2-2 ammonia cyclohexane and oxalic acid give rise to a single spherical body structure. It is often used for metastatic colorectal cancer treatment, or adjuvant therapy of primary tumor completely resected phase 3 Dukes C colon cancer. As it is increasingly used in clinic, the oxaliplatin-caused nerve toxicity reaction and efforts on preventing and reducing such neurotoxicity has become one of the research priorities. In this paper we reviewed the research progress on the treatment of oxaliplatininduced neurotoxicity.
