摘要：目的分析我院不合理处方（医嘱），促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2012 年1 月~ 12 月门诊处方1 200 张和病区病历1 200 本，按照《医院处方点评管理规范（试行）》的要求点评处方（医嘱），对其基本指标及不合理处方（医嘱）情况进行统计分析。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To analyze the irrational prescriptions in order to promote rational use of drugs in cancer hospital. Methods\r\nA total of 1 200 outpatient prescriptions and 1 200 medical records in 2012 were sampled randomly to comment. The basic drug use indexes and irrational prescriptions were subjected to statistical analysis.
