摘要：目的分析香菇多糖注射液联合鸦胆子油乳注射液姑息治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的近期疗效和安全性。方法随机将85 例确诊晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者分为两组，对照组42 例，给予鸦胆子油乳注射液姑息治疗，观察组43 例，给予香菇多糖注射液联合鸦胆子油乳注射液姑息治疗。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the near-term efficacy and safety of lentinan injection plus javanica oil emulsion injection palliative treatment for patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods A randomized 85 patients diagnosed with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were divided into control group and observation group.
