摘要：目的探讨Cox-2 抑制剂塞来昔布治疗ER、PR 阴性表达乳腺癌的治疗效果和安全性。方法将我院2010年和2011 年收治的ER、PR 阴性表达乳腺癌患者76 例随机分为实验组和对照组两组，每组38 例。所有患者均采用相同的化疗方案，化疗开始时，实验组患者加用塞来昔布，对照组患者加用三苯氧胺，治疗一年后比较两组的治疗效果、疾病的进展时间及不良反应。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Cox-2 inhibitors (Celecoxib) in the treatment of ER, PR negative breast cancer. Methods 76 cases of breast cancer with negative expression of ER and PR admitted in our hospital in 2010 and 2011 were collected and randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases in each group.
