摘要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）和E- 钙粘蛋白（E-cadherin）在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测20 例正常乳腺组织、20 例乳腺增生组织及50 例乳腺癌组织中MMP-9 和E-cadherin 的表达，并分析两者与乳腺癌的临床病理指标之间的关系。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of MMP-9 and E-cadherin in breast cancer. Methods 20 cases of normal breast tissue from patients with fiberoadenoma, 20 cases of mammary hyperplasia tissues and 50 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissues were selected.
