摘要：目的探讨信号传导和转录激活因子（STAT3）及其磷酸化形式p-STAT3 在小细胞肺癌（SCLCs）中的表达及STAT3 与小细胞肺癌血管生成的关系。方法收集64 例小细胞肺癌患者的肺癌组织及癌旁正常肺组织，采用Western Blot 检测组织中STAT3 和p-STAT3 的蛋白表达，采用RT-PCR 法检测组织中STAT3 的mRNA 表达，同时观察组织中微血管密度(MVD) 的水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate expressions of signal transduction and activator of transcription factor (STAT3) and its phosphorylated form (p-STAT3) in small cell lung cancer (SCLCs), and the relations with vascular generated.
