摘要:

目的探讨吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗胰腺癌的临床治疗效果及安全性，为临床用药提供依据。方法选择2010 年8 月~ 2011 年6 月在我院肿瘤科治疗的58 例胰腺癌患者，随机分为两组，每组29 例，对照组患者单用吉西他滨治疗，观察组给予吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的客观有效率、不良反应及生存期。

Abstract:

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of gemcitabine combined oxaliplatin in the treatment of pancreatic cancer and provide references for the further clinical application.
