摘要:

目的探讨西妥昔单抗联合同期顺铂化疗加调强放疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2009 年1 月至2012 年1 月我院收治的晚期鼻咽癌患者110 例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组55 例，对照组患者给予单纯调强适形放射治疗，而观察组患者给予西妥昔单抗联合同期顺铂化疗加调强放疗。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of cetuximab combined with cisplatin chemotherapy and intensity-modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
