摘要:

目的分析维吾尔族及汉族妇女宫颈炎和子宫颈鳞癌组织中CRT、ERP57 蛋白表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP 法检测子宫颈炎组织69 例（汉族38 例，维吾尔族31 例）以及子宫颈鳞癌组织124 例（汉族36 例，维吾尔族88 例）中CRT、ERP57 蛋白的表达。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the expression levels of the CRT and ERP57 and their correlation with each other in human cervical cancer lesions from patients with Uighur and Han ethnicities. Methods The expression of proteins CRT and ERP57 in 69 cases of cervicitis including 38 Han and 31 Uighur women and 124 cases of cervical cancer lesions from 36 Han and 88 Uighur women were evaluated with S-P immunohistochemistry.
