    摘要:

    药物临床试验的受试者招募存在传统渠道单一、招募时间较长等问题。本研究基于医院信息系统(HIS),整合医院公众号等腾讯平台资源,构建智能化招募筛选信息系统,建立研究者和受试者双向选择平台,显著降低了人力物力消耗。通过信息化手段开发的智能招募平台全面优化了招募流程,提升了招募效率和质量。该系统实现了医院资源与临床试验数据的有效整合,促进了临床数据的转化应用,为智能化招募平台的建设和升级提供了重要参考。

    Abstract:

    Traditional channels for recruiting subjects in clinical trials often suffer from limitations such as inefficiency and prolonged recruitment periods. To address this, this study leveraged the hospital information system (HIS) and integrated Tencent-based platforms, including official hospital WeChat accounts, to develop an intelligent recruitment and screening information system. The system established a two-way selection mechanism between investigators and potential subjects, which significantly reduced the consumption of manpower and material resources. By utilizing informatization strategies, this intelligent system optimized the recruitment process, enhancing both efficiency and quality. Furthermore, it achieved effective integration of hospital resources and clinical trial data, thereby facilitating the transformation and application of clinical data. This study provided valuable insights for the development and upgrading of intelligent recruitment platforms in clinical research.
