Abstract:Objective: To establish a rational evaluation system for PEGylated granulocyte stimulating factor (PEG-rhG-CSF), and to provide reference for evaluating the rational application of PEG-rhG-CSF. Methods: Based on PEG-rhG-CSF instructions and related guidelines, etc., formulate detailed rules for rationality evaluation of PEG-rhG-CSF, then the weight of each evaluation index was calculated through Analytical Hierarchy Process. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Solution was used to rationally analyze the patients who received PEG-rhG-CSF from January 2021 to June 2021 in Guangzhou First People"s Hospital. Results: The establishment of the evaluation system includes 3 primary indicators and 10 secondary indicators. Among the 612 cases, 28.76% were completely reasonable, 55.23% were basically reasonable, and 16.01% were unreasonable. Conclusion: Through the rationality evaluation of AHP-TOPSIS method, it is found that the application of PEG-rhG-CSF in a hospital is basically reasonable, but there are still large irrationalities in administration timing, administration indications, and administration dosage, which need to be further improved.
